This policy describes information handled through our website and related inquiries, bookings and purchases. Separate service providers also have their own privacy policies.
Information you choose to share
- Inquiries: your name, email address, topic of interest and the message you send us.
- Email subscriptions: your email address, optional name, signup source and email preferences.
- Bookings and purchases: the contact, appointment, order and payment-status information needed to arrange the offering you choose. Booking and checkout providers may request additional details directly.
- Ongoing communication: information you choose to share when asking for support or participating in a service. Relevant onboarding documents explain any additional information needed for that service.
Please keep general inquiries limited to what is needed to answer your question. Avoid sending medical history, detailed intimate information or payment-card numbers through the general contact form or email. This website does not collect card numbers through its own forms.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your messages, arrange bookings, manage purchases and access, provide requested resources, and support you in the offering you choose. Email preferences are used to manage subscriptions and send the updates you request.
Relevant records may also be needed for business administration, payment reconciliation, security, legal obligations or resolving a dispute.
Email updates and your choice
Marketing emails are optional when making a general inquiry. You can uncheck the email box and still contact us. Signing up for Embodied Bliss includes agreeing to receive the free bundle and marketing emails, as explained on its signup form.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting support@iammarissarose.com. Unsubscribing does not prevent essential messages about an existing booking, purchase or support request.
Embodied Bliss signup and email delivery are managed through Flodesk. The contact form records your marketing-email choice with your inquiry; it does not automatically subscribe you to Flodesk.
Service providers and external links
Booking links open Calendly, and program and retreat checkout links open ThriveCart. Course access may be provided through ThriveCart Learn. These services and their payment processors handle information submitted on their own pages under their own privacy policies.
Formspree processes contact-form submissions, including your name, email, topic, message and marketing-email choice, for delivery to our support inbox. Flodesk processes information entered on the Embodied Bliss signup page and manages email subscriptions and resource delivery. Their privacy policies describe how they handle information submitted through their services.
Vercel hosts this website. Service providers supporting email, scheduling, payments, course delivery, hosting or business records may process information needed for those services.
Podcast, social and other external links take you to websites we do not operate. Their privacy policies apply when you visit or use them. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or necessary to address fraud, security or legal claims.
Cookies, analytics and technical information
This website does not use browser storage to retain form entries. Google Analytics, advertising pixels and session-recording tools are not installed. External services you choose to visit may use their own cookies or tracking technologies.
Hosting and service providers may receive technical information, such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times, to deliver and protect their services.
If analytics or other tracking is added, this policy and any applicable privacy controls will be updated before it is enabled.
Keeping information
How long a record needs to be kept depends on its purpose, such as an ongoing inquiry, active service, purchase, accounting obligation or legal requirement. Some records may need to be retained after a service ends or an email subscription is cancelled.
