My Story
My upbringing began with being raised in two opposite households - one of chaos, without rules, and filled with instability, violence, and unsafety - the other one of religious dogma, control, and discipline.
Through these two polarities, I became naturally drawn to a path of understanding oneness through duality. The path of discipline was deeply religious, so I searched for God in the church. I had a spiritual awakening when I was 19 years old on a mission trip, shifting my path to be in service for the highest good of the collective and awakening me to who Spirit truly is.
Growing up in an unsafe environment enhanced my psychic gifts, but left me ungrounded, a root and womb filled with trauma. After my spiritual awakening, my journey led me to study Reiki first, then find embodiment in Priestess Temple arts and sacred feminine mysteries. Through Reiki, plant medicines, Sacred Sexuality, and conscious menstruation, I found my own liberation, sovereignty, and authentic living. It is through these vessels I was able to learn to live in the fullness of all of life.
Sacred Union
My relationship with my husband began when I was 21—what started as a young, passionate love has grown into a sacred union. We didn’t have it all figured out. In our early years, I was rooted in co-dependent patterns, but I chose to stay and do the deep work within the container of our love.
As I navigated how to heal from co-dependency while in partnership, my partner also learned to expand, open, and awaken in his own. Through devotion, inner work, and radical authenticity, I moved into secure attachment. Our relationship has gone through many deaths and rebirths, guiding us into conscious monogamy and tantric connection.
It hasn’t always been easy—but it has been deeply worth it. Our love is a living temple, built on devotion, practice, and transformation.

My training integrates body-based practices and nervous system regulation, neuro-science, anatomy, physiology, and somatic research. I am trained in Sexological Bodywork through the Institute of Somatic Sexology. I hold a Bachelor's in Science in Education from Ohio Dominican University.
Sacred Feminine Mysteries and Reiki Lineage
The wisdom I gained from working with the best teachers in lineage tradition are what gave me the energetic mastery I hold over my lived experience. These teachers taught me the secrets of the Universe, so to speak. Lineage has created the framework for how I operate in my life, the ritual for living. I honor my teachers.
Plant Medicines and Indigenous Wisdom
I am trained as a Certified Cacao Facilitator through One World Cacao. The plant medicines I have done and the indigenous elders in ceremony have been foundational in my changing my worldview. Through this lens, I have learned to walk with the Earth, and her people. I take this moment to honor indigenous wisdom, practices, and medicine.
