Let's Talk Body Shame

And client break throughs

I’m in awe of the breakthroughs I witness with my clients every day! It’s truly incredible to watch them step into their fullest authenticity, releasing the narratives that weren’t ever theirs and embracing their truth with love and confidence. One of my clients used to struggle with the way she viewed her stomach...her transformation IS WOW.

She connected deeply with her inner truth and soul. As she tuned into that space, she began to gently touch her stomach, laughing joyfully as she discovered the unique textures of her body. With a smile, she said, "I LOVE the way my stomach feels." As we continued our work together, we uncovered that the belief she didn’t love her stomach wasn’t her own—it had been placed on her by others.

By embracing her inner truth, she was able to release that limiting belief and embody a new, empowering relationship with her body. Witnessing her shift in confidence was truly inspiring! We all have been influenced by stories about our bodies that don’t align with our true essence. Stories aren’t true, they’re made up.

When we let go of the shame that isn’t ours to carry and reconnect with how we truly feel—falling in love with our embodied selves, just as we are—our transformation is nothing short of miraculous. The version of us before was perfect, and so is the version of us now. We just get to love both a little deeper.
